We face hot-button issues such as life and marriage being in the political forefront. We must give the citizens of Iowa a personal stake in these issues, not allow activist judges to dictate policy. When un-elected judges try to dictate the values of citizens they have overstepped the bounds dictated by the Constitution. Today Iowans must be given the opportunity to vote.
